HCR技术在印染废水处理改造中的应用

摘    要:通过对某印染公司原有设施的改造,把HCR技术应用在废水改造中。进水量为11000m3/d,COD2200~2500mg/L,pH12左右,色度600~800倍,改造后运行稳定,废水处理效果有大幅提高,出水COD为360mg/L、色度为300倍均能达标排放,其去除率分别为86%、50%。

Abstract:The technology of HCR was successfully applied to a textile plant to improve the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by technical renovation of the existing facilities. The quantity of influent wastewater was 11,000m3/d, COD 2,200~2,500mg/L, pH 12 and chroma 600~800 multiple before the treatment while the treatment efficiency was highly improved with effluent COD 360mg/L, chroma 300 multiple, 86% and 50% separately for COD removal and chroma removal. The process is cost effective and stable operated.
