| Abstract: | Relating with the experience and practices in the preparation for the seamless steel pipe and in the design of the die, the reason that caused the eccentricity of the steel pipe forging was analyzed. The method to prevent the eccentricity was discussed from the aspects of technological process and die structure. It can serve as a reference for the steel pipe industry and for processing long canister shaped parts with high requirement in their aperture. |
