| 摘 要： | 分析了危险化学品公路运输事故特点,总结了我国危险化学品公路运输事故风险管理现状,指出我国目前存在的不足。基于对危险化学品公路运输事故特点和管理现状充分认识基础上,结合我国的实际情况,提出了建设性的防灾对策及建议。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of accidents in highway transportation of hazardous chemicals are analyzed,and the status of risk management of highway transportation of hazardous chemicals in China is summarized.The deficiency in risk management is pointed out.Based on the characteristics of accidents in highway transportation of ha-zardous chemicals and the risk management status,some constructive countermeasures are put forward with consideration of the real circumstances in China. |
