TiO_2中空微球的制备及其对罗丹明B的光催化降解

摘    要:采用一步水热法,以TiCl_4,H_2O_2,KBF4为原料,制备了TiO_2中空微球。采用SEM和XRD技术对TiO_2中空微球的形貌和结构进行了表征。以罗丹明B为模拟降解物,研究了TiO_2中空微球的光催化降解活性;并对TiO_2中空微球的生长机制进行了探讨。表征结果显示,制得的TiO_2中空微球呈锐钛矿型,颗粒分散均匀,外径约为3μm。实验结果表明,在紫外光照射下,加入1 g/L的TiO_2中空微球,处理初始质量浓度为20 mg/L、溶液p H为7的罗丹明B溶液,降解时间为120 min时,罗丹明B降解率可达93.38%。

Abstract:TiO2 hollow microspheres were prepared by a new hydrothermal method using TiCl4,H2O2,KBF4 as raw materials. The morphology and structure of TiO2 hollow microspheres were characterized by SEM and XRD. The photocatalytic activity of TiO2 hollow microspheres to rhodamine B was studied,and the growth mechanism of TiO2 hollow microspheres was investigated. The characterization results show that the prepared TiO2 hollow microspheres are anatase type particles with 3 μm of diameter,and they are dispersed evenly. The experimental results indicate that when the rhodamine B solution with 20 mg/L of initial mass concentration and 7 of pH is treated under UV light using 1 g/L TiO2 hollow microspheres for 120 min,the degradation rate of rhodamine B can reach 93.38%.
