| 摘 要： | 通过对钢制药筒丝状腐蚀机理和影响因素的研究，在试验的基础上，提出了活化液配方、活化液温度、活化时间等丝状腐蚀的加速活化条件以及温度、相对湿度、氧含量等促使丝状腐蚀加速生长和发展的露置条件。提出的丝状腐蚀加速试验方法具有使用设备简单、试验条件容易控制、加速性好、试验结果复现性好等优点。

| Abstract: | The steel cartridge filiform corrosion mechanism and its influencing factors were studied.The activation conditions such as compositions and temperature of the activation solution,and the time of activation,and the accelerated growing conditions such as temperature,relative humidity,and the content of oxygen were put forward based on experiments.The accelerate test method has the advantages of simple equipment,test condition easily controlled,excellent acceleration character,and good reproducibility. |
