中原油田污泥固化处理

摘    要:中原油田石油采出水处理过程中产生的大量污泥,未经处理而进入环境。不仅造成了大量的物质和能源浪费而且对环境造成了极大的危害。采用化学和仪器分析方法,对污泥的化学成分和物理性质进行测定,得到污泥的组成以Ca和Mg的碳酸盐为主,易溶盐类NaCl等含量高,水分、原油含量高。在此基础上,以水泥为固化主剂,进行了固化添加剂的两因素、三因素和多因素试验,最终确定了固化效果理想的配方。参照国家标准方法,对固化产物进行性能测试,结果表明固化产物满足环境保护标准,达到了无害化处理的目的。

Abstract:The large amount of sludge, produced in the course of processing water, was not properly treated in Zhongyuan Oil Field, but stacked directly in the open ground. So many substances and energy resources contained in the sludge were wasted and the environment was endangered deadly. By chemical and instrumental analysis methods, chemical compositions and physical properties of the sludge were determined. Then, on the basis of using cement as main additive, two-, three- and multi-factor experiments of secondary additives were carried out. Finally, the perfect proportions for producing solidification products were determined. According to GB5086-85, the performance testing of solidification product was executed, and the results show that the solidification product meets the criteria of harmless treatment.
