| 摘 要： | 居民小区噪声污染主要受交通噪声、社会噪声、建筑施工噪声、工业噪声的影响．文中主要从居住小区外环境和内环境两方面论述居民受噪声污染的主要因素，并针对存在的问题提出整治措施和合理化的建议，使人们远离噪声污染。

| Abstract: | Because noises at residential area mainly comes from transportation , service trades , construction sites , enterprises , main factors in the causation of the noises were analyzed from the both aspects of external and internal residential blocks , on the other hand for the prevention of noise pollution at residential blocks some countermeasures and rational suggestions were put forward. |
