摘    要:本文研究了6种化学农药对植物根际和根表固氮微生物固氮螺菌(A.brasilense)的固氮酶和吸氢酶活性的影响。实验采用半固体培养基并分别加入不同浓度的农药,还设有加苹果酸钠和不加苹果酸钠两种处理。结果表明,农药对固氮螺菌两种酶活性的作用可分为三种类型:具明显的抑制作用(如六六六和二氯苯醚菊酯)、具刺激作用(如水胺硫磷和灭线磷)和加苹果酸钠时有刺激作用(如速灭杀丁和溴氰菊酯)。

Abstract:Influence of six pesticides (BHC, sumicidin, decamethrin, permethrin, optunal and phenamiphos)on nitrogenase and hydrogen uptake hydrogen-ase activities of A. brasilense from rhizosphere and rhizoplane of wheat was studied on nitrogen-free semisolid medium cantaining 20, 40, 60,80,100 and 200ppm of different pesticides with or without malate. The results showed that these pesticides could be divided into three groups according to their influence on both enzymes: ( 1 ) BHC and permethrin markedly inhibited the activities of the nitrogenase and hydorgenase; ( 2 ) optunal and phenamiphos stimulated them and ( 3) sumicidin and decamethrin possessed some stimulation only in medium with malate.
