| 摘 要： | 简要介绍胜利油田等油田行业推行HSE管理体系的情况，分析实施过程中存在的问题，提出针对性的解决措施，侧重研究HSE实施过程中环保工作存在的问题和解决措施，指出推行清洁生产和IS014000管理体系能够有效促进HSE管理体系中环保内容的实施。

| Abstract: | This article briefly introduces the promotion of HSE management system in Shengli and other oil field industries,analyzes difficulties in implementation and put forward solutions which emphasize particularly on solve the issues of environment protection during HSE implementation and points out that pushing clean production and ISO14000 management system is capable of pushing environment protection items of HSE management system for implementation. |
