Problems and Strategies in the Construction of National Photochemical Monitoring Network

At present,the air pollution situation in China is still grim,volatile organic compounds (VOCs),as one of the important precursors of ozone (O₃),whose impact on ambient air quality is becoming increasingly prominent. The construction of a national key regional photochemical network provides a basic monitoring platform for comprehensively strengthening the prevention and control of volatile organic compounds pollution and effectively monitoring photochemical pollution in China. Based on the analysis of the current situation and challenges of photochemical monitoring in China,this paper probes into the development ideas for the construction of photochemical monitoring network in China,and puts forward the cooperative development strategy of environmental monitoring member units,scientific research institutes,equipment enterprises and monitoring service companies in various provinces and cities.
