基于光电检测的林产品贴标过程安全可靠性设计

摘    要:根据瓶装林产品贴标过程工艺的要求,通过对光电传感器的原理分析和使用,基于光电传感器从硬件和软件两方面对贴标工作过程进行了可靠性设计.测试结果表明,该设计使贴标机生产合格率达99%以上,具有良好的可靠性.

Abstract:According to the request of labeling process technology for bottled forest products, through the principle analysis of photoelectric sensor and practical use, reliability design for labeling process is carried out in terms of both hardware and software of the sensor. The test result shows the design has made the qualified rate of production of labeling machine reach above ninety-nine percent and promoted reliability of the labeling machine.
