| 摘 要： | 设计出冷摆辗伞齿轮的模具,采用纯铝、聚碳酸酯、20CrMo钢三种试样进行伞齿轮冷摆辗成形实验,观察并分析了摆辗伞齿轮的成形规律。得出了影响伞齿轮成形的主要因素,揭示了伞齿轮冷摆辗过程中的主要缺陷及最佳成形条件。

| Abstract: | The dies of cold rotary forging bevel gears have been designed, By the rotary forging bevel gear experiments of the pure alwninium, polycarbonate and 20CrMo steel specimens have been carried oat. The metal flow has been investigated and analyzed. The main factors that affect bevel gears forming has been obtained. The main defects and optimum forming conditions have been put forward in rotary forging bevel gears. |
