水和废水、土壤中总铬的测定方法研究

摘    要:对二苯碳酸二肼分光光度法(A法)和火焰原子吸收法(B法)测定水和废水、土壤中总铬的方法进行了研究,A法灵敏度高准确度好,但操作复杂,耗时.B法干扰少,测定快速,但富燃型火焰不稳定,影响测定结果,通过实验找出最佳乙炔流量,使测定结果准确、可靠,同时扩展仪器的应用范围,提高仪器使用率.

Abstract:Research on monitoring total chrome in soil and water and wastewater by diphenylcarbohydrazide spectrophotometric method(A) and flame spectrophotometry(B) are finished.The merits of method A include high sensitivity and accuracy,the shortcomings are difficult to operate and long time needed.The merits of method B include quick and less disturbance,but the flame is not stable that will affect the results.The best flow of acetylene is found by experiments,it will get accurate and credible results,and extend the utilization scope of the equipment.
