摘    要:文章从地质环境的角度阐述了哈尔滨市水利工程对地下水环境影响,及动态变化预测.一方面优质的地表水供应增加,减少地下水开采量;另一方面松花江水位升高,对地下水的补给量加大.受上述因素影响哈尔滨市地下水在不同地貌单元产生不同程度的上升,坐落在松花江漫滩上道里、原道外两区受到的影响最大.地下水水位将受到阶地地下水、松花江地表水补给,两种补给的叠加将使两区地下水明显提升4~5米,两区建筑物、特别是地下建筑物的安全受到不良影响,地下水水质也将受到江水的大量补给而改变.

Abstract:The impact of Songhua River Water Control Project on ground water environment is explained and the dynamic change is predicted. As the increase of high - quality surface water supply decreases the extraction volume of ground water, a rise of the level of Songhua River will increases the makeup to ground water. As a result, water table in different geomorphic units will rise in varying degrees and Daoli District and Daowai District of Harbin would be most affected, as they are located on flood plain of Songhua River where water table will be raised by 4 - 5 meters due to the recharge of groundwater from terrace as well as surface water from Songhua River. This will negatively affect the safety of buildings, especially underground buildings in these areas and also change the quality of ground water.
