| 摘 要： | 以危险化学品港口装卸安全的事件统计分析为基础,根据危险化学品港口生产的特点,系统地研究货物的物性对港口生产的危险性的影响规律,危险化学品装卸设备要求、装卸工艺的安全性能及其对策,为防止装卸过程中发生的各种危险,从本质安全角度出发,笔者认为,建立危险货物的标准化装卸体系是解决港口危险化学品装卸安全的最佳策略,并提出危险化学品港口装卸作业装卸标准化体系的建设框架。

| Abstract: | Based on the statistics of the accidents happening on the loading and unloading of dangerous chemicals in port, the influence of chemical features on work safety, on loading and unloading equipment and on loading and unloading process were systemically analyzed. From the perspective of intrinsic safety, an optimal approach to tackling the work safety in port by establishing a standardized system for hazardous chemical loading and unloading was presented. Finally, the construction framework for this system was proposed. |
