高斯模式在环境管理中的应用研究

利用高斯扩散模式理论，对以高架点源排放为主的株洲市区SO2地面浓度分布规律进行定量化研究。研究表明：株洲市区SO2地面浓度等浓度值分布图呈马鞍性；株洲市区环境空气质量差主要是受以株洲冶炼厂为主的清水塘工业区高架点源的影响。同时研究表明，对株洲冶炼厂铅烧结烟气治理和全面推广使用洁净煤技术两项治理S02措施是实现株洲市区环境空气质量根本好转的重要举措；在此基础上，株洲电厂进行中远期扩大规模技术改造才是可行的。可见，高斯模式在环境管理中有很好的实际应用价值。

Application Research of Gaussian Model in Environmental Administration

The research method in the research of distribution regularity of SO 2 ground concentration in Zhuzhou urban area by taking advantage of overhead point sources diffusion model was introduced.Research results made clear that SO 2 distribution curves showed distribution regularity of the saddle shape and that the main cause for the bad air quality in Zhuzhou urban area affected by overhead sources in Tsing Shuitang in industry area.It also made clear that the air quality would be thoroughly improved by treating lead sintering mist in Zhuzhou Smelter and overall spreading clean coal technology.On this basis,there would be capacity remade in middle far period in Zhuzhou Electricity Factory.
