摘    要:热锻过程中温度对成形过程的影响是显著的,了解热锻过程中工模具内温度场的分布对控制锻件的成形是有利的.此文对考虑对模阶段的盘形件热锻过程进行了热力耦合分析,得到了各种变形场量和温度信息,对实际生产有一定的指导作用.

Abstract:In hot forging, the effect of temperature on the forming process is great. Hence,a comprehensive understanding of temperature variation in the die and workpiece is of technological importance for the process design. In this paper,the coupled thermo-mechanical analysis of disk forging processes including the resting period is performed and the distributions of temperature and effective strain are presented,which can provide useful information for the process design.
