尿素厂高氨废水预处理-氨吹脱的试验研究

摘    要:研究了吹脱法除却尿素厂废水中高浓度氨氮的可行性,对吹脱过程的影响因素:pH值、气水比等进行分析探讨,对不同碱源调节pH值对吹脱除氨率的影响进行了比较.试验结果表明:解吸液吹脱维持气水比为5000到6000,pH=11.0~12.0,可使氨氮去除率达到78%,氨氮浓度由1800~2000mg/L降至400~500mg/L.吹脱法预处理高浓度氨氮是可行的.

Abstract:By studying on the feasibility of blowing-off the high concentration NH3-N from urea factory, and analyzing the factors concerned, such as pH and air-to-liquid ratio, it shows that The air-to-liquid ratio should be limited between 5000 and 6000, pH should be limited at 11.0- 12.0, the rate of NH3-N removal can attain 78%. It is feasible to blow-off the high concentration NH3-N from urea factory.
