| 摘 要： | 哈尔滨市是一个严重缺水的城市,水资源短缺已成为制约哈尔滨市社会经济发展的主要因素。本文从哈尔滨市水资源短缺、经济发展和环境改善三个方面论述了哈尔滨中水回用的必要性,并对中水回用过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出了多种解决方案。
