摘    要:皂素生产酸解工艺的选择直接涉及到皂素工业环境标准制定与执行的可行性。在对皂素生产两种酸解工艺进行比较的基础上,侧重从污染治理的角度研究了酸解工艺的选择。实验结果表明,三阶段两相厌氧废水处理技术在厌氧产甲烷HRT 24h对硫酸盐的去除率可达99.71%,就相对于该技术对COD的高去除效率来说,二者亦有较好的相容性。因此,硫酸酸解工艺在皂素工业中应予推广。

Abstract:Choice of acidified hydrolysis process was studied based on comparison of two acidified hydrolysis processes in saponin industry. Trial experiment showed that removal efficiency of sulfate was up to 99.71% when HRT in anaerobic digestion was 24h with two-phase anaerobic treatment of wastewater with three stages, and both of them were preferably consistent compared with high removal efficiency of COD with this technology. Hydrolysis process with sulphuric acid is thus recommended to apply to saponin industry.
