摘    要:以球衣菌作为生物吸附剂,研究了球衣菌对Zn2+吸附过程中的影响因素,包括吸附时间,pH,菌龄等。结果表明:Zn2+浓度为1.0mg/L,菌体浓度为0.5g/L,菌龄32h,pH7.0,吸附时间30min时,吸附的效果最好,吸附率达到77.2%,吸附量为3.86mg/g。吸附作用是一个快速的过程,30min就基本达到平衡。

Abstract:Sphaerotilus natans was used as biosorbent for zinc adsorption. The influence factors on removal of Zn2+ were investigated, including time of adsorption, pH and strain age. Results showed that the highest adsorption efficiency of 77.2% and the biosorptive capacity of 3.86mg/g were obtained at pH 7.0, initial zinc ion concentration of 1.0mg/L, biomass concentration of 0.5g/L, strain age of 32h and absorptive time of 30min. The effect of biosorption on Zn2+ was a rapid process, which reached equilibrium in 30min.
