| 摘 要： | 本文采用安全研究与经济对策相结合的方法,依据工作性质和系统致因理论,提出了地质勘查作业“人导致事故”、“环境导致事故”和“设备导致事故”三类事故成因类型,分析了三类事故发生的概率特征,在此基础上有针对性地提出了地勘业安全投入的结构、重点和适度区间的建议,并阐述了由此形成的安全投入的效果表现形式.该研究可为主管部门制定地...
