簧片式水喷雾灭火技术机理分析

摘    要:簧片式水喷雾灭火技术具有压头。射程、雾滴和用水量的综合性能优势。本文作了簧片流体动力的理论分析,簧片振动雾化的相似准则分析,气雾柱的两相流径迹估算和气雾柱的灭火动力学估算。查明了作用在簧片上的升力,质量附加力和激振力,查明了影响雾滴大小的影响因素关系。查明了雾滴大小对灭火的影响等,为装置系列发展和优化设计途径提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Spray-nozzle with spring-plate has the advantages in the aspects of nozzle pressure,spray range,drop size and water consumption.The theoretical study of fluid dynamic forces on the spring-plate is introduced.The criterion used for the atomization by vibration of spring-plate is proposed.The path,range etc.of the air-spray column is estimated by two-phase flow methods.The extinguishing dynamics of air-spray column is investigated.These results show that the lift force,the force of attached mass and the force inducing vibration acted on spring-plate have been understood;and the effects of various elements on the size of drops,the effects of drop size on the extinguishing dynamics have been understood too.Therefore,the scientific basis for improving the design mothod on the development if nozzle is provides.
