摘    要:针对某电厂新增炉内喷钙尾部增湿干法脱硫工艺无法满足排放要求,分别从技术、投资、运行费用及对环境的改善等方面对三个改造方案进行比较,循环流化床干法因吸收剂耗量大导致运行费用过高失去优势,石灰石-石膏法无GGH的投资和运行费用均比石灰石-石膏法设GGH经济,但由于其污染物扩散性差、烟气排放指标较高,且存在低温排烟腐蚀和石膏雨等问题,综合技术、投资、运行费用和环境等因素,石灰石-石膏法设GGH是最佳选择。

Abstract:According to the fact that the flue gas emission cannot meet the limits,it is done a comparison of reform schemes from technology,investment,operation cost and environmental enhancement.The results show that the CFB FGD with huge operation cost due to the huge requirement of absorbent is out of superiority.The investment and operation cost of the limestone-gypsum FGD without GGH are lower than those with GGH.On the other hand,the limestone-gypsum FGD with GGH has obvious advantage in pollutants diffusion,temperature of flue gas,erosion and gypsum drop and so on.In a conclusion,the limestone-gypsum FGD with GGH is the optimization scheme.
