摘    要:电镀污泥的安全处置治理和资源化利用已成为研究热点,采用改进的BCR和Sposito顺序浸提法考察了不同温度(200,400,600,800℃)焚烧电镀污泥残渣中重金属Cu、Ni的赋存形态分布特征。结果表明:焚烧处理具有显著的减量化效应,重金属铜的残留率为98.6%~90.3%,高于镍(88.6%~76.3%),残渣中的Cu、Ni重金属呈现出富集效应。形态分析表明,随着焚烧温度的提高,生物可利用性形态含量呈现下降趋势,实现了不稳定态向稳定态的转化。

Abstract:The treatment and resource recycling of heavy metals in electroplating sludge have become one of the key problems in environmental science and technology.The incineration(200,400,600,800 ℃) and morphological analysis of copper and nickel in the residues by BCR and Sposito subsequent chemical extractions were conducted in this research.Results showed that the remarkable reduction and enrichment effect was achieved,and the remanent rate of copper and nickel in incineration residues were found to be 98.6%~ 90.3 % and 88.6~76.3%.Morphological analysis of copper and nickel in the incineration residue indicated that the exchangeable species and the biological availability of copper and nickel were significantly decreased after the incineration procedure.
