| 摘 要： | 论述了安徽某粮油加工厂综合废水的来源、水质、处理工艺与调试实践。该综合废水有机物浓度高、含油量大,较难处理。设计采用隔油处理、气浮除杂、兼氧水解酸化、好氧生化的工艺步骤进行处理,系统调试结果表明出水水质完全达国家三级排放标准。介绍了该工艺流程的特点及生产实践中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The source,water quality,process design and debugging of the composite wastewater from a grain and cooking oil processing factory in Anhui were described.This composite wastewater has high concentration organics,high oil content,and is difficult to be treated.The oil separation treatment,impurity removal by gas-float,facultative anaerobic biodegradation and aerobic bio-oxidation were applied in this design.The results of debugging the system showed that the effluent could meet the third-rate quality of the national discharge standard for wastewater.The feature of process flow and the problems that merit attention in the production practice were also described. |
