制革污水处理控制系统设计

摘    要:阐述了一种制革污水处理控制系统的设计方案。该方案中,工控机作为集中管理层,PLC作为现场控制层,电气设备作为远程设备层。详细阐述了该控制系统的上位机监控系统和下位机控制程序的开发过程。目前该系统已经成功投运,从经济成本、控制系统功能和现场的实际运行情况看,该控制系统具有经济性、先进性、可靠性等优点,对工业污水处理控制系统的设计具有一定的示范意义。

Abstract:It was described a controlling system that was designed for the tannery waste water process.This controlling system consisted of an industrial PC that worked in the centralized administration,a suite of PLC that worked in the site control,and many types of electric equipment that worked in the remote equipment layer.It was mainly elaborated the upper-level monitoring system design and the low-level controlling programs design work.This controlling system had been successfully applied in the factory.From the aspect of the cost,functions and the actual operatings in the field,this control system showed high economy,advancement,reliability and so on,which could be a good reference for design of the controlling system of industrial wastewater treatment.
