华北干旱缺水的现状与成因探索

摘    要:我国华北地区人均水资源占有量很少,近几年,河北、北京、山东、山西、陕西、河南等地相继出现严重干早,导致河道时有断流,水资源供需矛盾十分突出,人畜饮水困难,城市供水不足,工厂被迫停工,生态环境遭到破坏等一系列不良后果,水资源有进一步减少的趋势。本文对华北干早缺水的成因进行了探索,认为长江流域江河湖泊水资源的减少是引起华北干早的重要因素,为了恢复长江中下游水资源环境提出几点对策与建议。

Abstract:The per capita quantity of water resources in the northern part of our country is less than that in the other parts. In the recent years this problem has become more and more serious, and the trend tends to continue. This paper considers that a key factor causing North China to be arid is the reduction of water resources of the rivers and lakes in Changjiang River drainage-basin. Therefore, it proposes several countermeasures for restoring the water resources in the middle and lower reaches of the Changjiang River.
