乐清湾盐度环境梯度下浮游植物生态阈值研究

摘    要:本文根据2004年5月乐清湾海域的调查数据,通过研究乐清湾海域浮游植物细胞密度与环境因子的响应关系,利用高斯模型分析研究了在盐度环境梯度下浮游植物细胞密度的生态阈值。结果表明,浮游植物生长的最适盐度值是26.12,盐度的生态阈值区间为[24.36,27.88],最适生态阈值为[25.24,27.00],实测数据中浮游植物细胞密度出现最大值时所对应的盐度为26.48,该盐度在所得最适生态阈值范围内。此研究结果可为该海域资源环境承载能力的监测与预警提供基准值及预警阈值,可用于乐清湾海洋资源环境承载能力预警模型的构建。

Abstract:This paper studies the response of phytoplankton cell density to environmental factors in the Yueqing bay based on the survey data of the Yueqing bay in May 2004.This study analyses the ecological threshold of phytoplankton density under the salinity environment gradient using the Gaussian model.The results show that the optimum salinity of phytoplankton growth is 26.12, the ecological threshold of salinity is[24.36, 27.88], the optimum ecological threshold is[25.24, 27.00], the corresponding salinity is 26.48 at the maximum cell density in the measured data, and it is within the range of optimum ecological threshold.It can provide the best reference value and early warning threshold for the sustainability of the marine ecosystem for the monitoring and early warning of the resources and environment carrying capacity of the sea area, and build an early-warning model for carrying capacity of marine resources and environment.
