新型电除尘器控制与节能技术

摘    要:普通电除尘器的控制采用固定的火花频率控制方式以及低压控制,不能随工况变化而改变,所以能耗大,效果差。新型电除尘器控制器采用火花电平跟踪、间隙供电、降功率振打等技术,有利于提高电除尘器收尘效率,降低粉尘排放,大幅度降低电能消耗。通过对某发电机组电除尘器40台高压控制柜进行控制技术及节能改造,证明新型电除尘器控制技术在保证效率的基础上可节电60﹪左右。

Abstract:Electrostatic precipitator control cannot follow the work condition change due to its spark frequency control and low voltage control.Different with the larger power assumption and less effect,the new electrostatic precipitator adopts the level tracking of spark,clearance power supply and drop power vibration technologies to improve the collecting efficiency,also reduce the dust emission and energe consumption.The application on an electrostatic precipitator in generation set with 40 high voltage control tables poses a conclusion that the new electrostatic precipitator saves 60% power assumption in the same efficiency.
