摘    要:本文提出了一种从钛铁渣中提取钛和铝的方法。研究了硫酸酸解、浸取钛铁渣及溶剂萃取法选择性萃取钛的条件,使钛与酸解液中的铝、铁得以有效分离,经洗涤、反萃,最后以钛白粉形式回收钛,纯度大于98%,钛的回收率约为93%.

Abstract:An optimum method for recovering the titanium and aluminium from titanium-iron slag has been described in the paper. The conditions of acidolysis with sulphuric acid and leaching wiht water have been studied. The separation of titanium and aluminium is attained by solvent extraction.Through washing and stripping, finally the titanium are recovered with a form of titanium pigment which purity is over 98%. The recovery rate of titanium is about 93%.
