| 摘 要： | 上世纪90年代初,美国经济学家格鲁斯曼等提出“环境库兹涅茨曲线“,即环境污染与经济增长的关系呈现倒U形曲线.但这种曲线不适合中国国情,中国必须摒弃这种曲线,决不能走先污染后治理的道路,坚持可持续发展战略,走新型工业化道路,构建资源节约型、环境友好型社会.

| Abstract: | In the early 1990's,American economist Grossman presented EKC,that is,the relation of environmental pollution and economic growth assumes inverted "U".But this curve is unfit for the fundamental realities of China.China must spurn it and never take the way of "treatment after pollution",and must persist in the strategy of sustainable development,take the industrialized road of the new pattern,construct resource saving and environment-friendly society. |
