| 摘 要： | 本文分析了玉溪市区面临水资源不足，水污染严重，水环境基础设施不足等环境问题及原因，探讨了解决水环境问题的对策，即对东风水库的保护与开发实行统一规划和管理，保护水源林，增加投入，加强污染综合防治，推行清洁生产，合理布局，优化产业结构推广生态农业，控制农业污染。

| Abstract: | The problems and its reasons of water environment in Xuxi City, such as water resource shortage, severe water pollution, bad basic facilities of water environment are discussed. The Countermeasures including the unitary planning and management about Protection and development of Dongfeng Reservoir, forest protection in water source, enlargement of investment, reinforcement of control, enforcement of clean production, reasonably distribution, optimization of structure, promotion of ecological agriculture are discussed here. |
