卧式滤筒除尘器的气流组织模拟研究

摘    要:为了研究卧式滤筒除尘器内部气流的不均匀性问题,采用计算流体动力学软件Fluent对卧式滤筒除尘器内部气流组织进行数值模拟研究。参考目前市面上常见卧式除尘器,设计有、无挡板的2种卧式滤筒除尘器模型,通过分析2种模型下过滤过程的速度分布和滤筒流量分配情况得出:在无挡板模型下存在射流冲刷、气流分布不均等问题,而在进风口加设挡板能解决气流冲刷问题,滤筒流量分配得到明显改善;在相同滤室高度下分别对挡板角度为150°,160°,165°,170°,175°,180°对比发现,挡板角度在165°~170°时其内部气流组织能达到均匀标准。

Abstract:In order to study the non uniformity problem of the internal airflow in the horizontal filter cartridge dust collector, the numerical simulation on the internal airflow organization in the horizontal filter cartridge dust collector was carried out by using the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent. With reference to the common horizontal dust collector currently on the market, two models of horizontal filter cartridge dust collector with and without the baffle were designed. Through analyzing the velocity distribution and the flow distribution of filter cartridge during the filtration process under two models, it showed that under the model of without the baffle, there were the problems such as jet flow washout, uneven airflow distribution, etc. The problem of air flow washout could be solved by adding the baffle at the air inlet, and the flow distribution of filter cartridge was significantly improved. Under the same height of filter chamber, through comparing the results when the baffle angle was 150°, 160°, 165°, 170°, 175° and 180° respectively, it showed that the internal airflow organization could reach the uniform standard when the baffle angle was between 165° and 170°.
