摘 要: | 利用正交法设计实验,研究了类Fenton试剂对糖蜜酒精废水深度处理的效果。研究结果表明,类Fenton试剂深度处理糖蜜酒精废水的最优工艺参数,废液初始pH值为6.0,FeCl3.6H2O的加入量为3mL、3%H2O2的加入量为2mL、搅拌时间为5min,在此条件下,COD和色度的去除率分别为77.28%和90.35%。对COD去除率最主要的因素为FeCl3.6H2O的加入量,而对色度去除率最主要的因素为废液初始pH值。

Abstract: | By means of orthogonal experiment method,Fenton-like reagent was applied to treat molasses alcohol wastewater.The results showed that optimal processing parameters were that the initial pH value of liquid was 6.0,FeCl3·6H2O addition was 3mL,3%H2O2 addition was 2mL,stirring time was 5min.At the optimal condition,COD and color removal rates were 77.28% and 90.35%,respectively.The FeCl3·6H2O addition and the initial pH value were important factors for COD removal and color removal,respectively. |
