催化臭氧氧化法处理抗生素废水生化出水

摘    要:以负载不同金属的硅胶为催化剂,采用催化臭氧氧化法处理抗生素废水生化出水,并对催化剂投加量、反应时间等反应条件进行了优化。实验结果表明:铁/硅胶催化剂效果最好;在铁/硅胶催化剂投加量为0.33 g/L、反应时间为1 h的条件下处理COD为954.7 mg/L、BOD5为66.8 mg/L、ρ(氨氮)为98 mg/L的抗生素废水生化出水,COD去除率为54.9%,氨氮去除率为44.4%,BOD5/COD由0.07提高至0.20。

Abstract:The biochemical effluent of antibiotic wastewater was treated by catalytic ozone oxidation process using different metal-loaded silica gel as catalyst. The reaction conditions were optimized. The experimental results show that:The catalytic effect on iron/silica gel catalyst is the best;When the biochemical effluent of antibiotic wastewater with 954.7 mg/L of COD,66.8 mg/L of BOD5 and 98 mg/L of ρ(ammonia)is treated under the conditions of iron/silica gel catalyst dosage 0.33 g/L and reaction time 1 h,the removal rate of COD and ammonia is 54.9% and 44.4%,respectively,and BOD5/COD is increased from 0.07 to 0.20.
