生物法净化有机废气应注意的问题研究

摘    要:气体生物净化的实质是污染物从气相向液相的传质、液相再向生物相的传质及生物降解的过程。若生物处理系统为微生物的生长和繁殖创造较好的环境,对废气污染物净化效率就较高。传质速率取决于气态污染物的性质及浓度,生物转化与微生物的活性和填料表面的物理性质等。技术开发主要强化传质和控制有利于转化的反应过程。本文着重论述生物净化法的类型、机理和工艺应用需注意的问题。

Abstract:The essence of gas purification is a process of transforming pollutants from gas to liquid mass, from liquid to biolog- ical phase and then depredated biologically. If biological treatment system can create a favorable environment for microbial growth and reproduction, high purification efficiency of waste gas pollutants can be achieved. The mass transfer rate depends on the na- ture and concentration of gaseous pollutants, microbial transformation and microbial activity and the physical properties of filler surface. Technology development puts emphasis accelerating on the reaction process of mass transfer and transformation. This arti- cle focuses on the method type, mechanism, advantages and shortcoming and technology application problems of biological purifi- cation.
