| Abstract: | From the point of protection of water resource in China,this paper viewed the development courses and achievements of the three Law of Prevention and Control of Water Pollution in terms of its utilization and revision.Also it showed the prospects of Chinese water resource protection laws,and explored the construction of water resource legal system. |
