二步层次分析与化工厂厂区环境质量评价

摘    要:本文提出二步层次分析法,即直接-间接给出判断矩阵,将其应用于化工厂厂区环境质量综合评价,并建立了质量评价模型,与层次分析法相比较,该方法具有判断简便、一致性程度高、分析灵敏度高、决策结果的可信度高、受决策者主观臆断影响小、分析监测数据利用率高等特点。经实例分析表明,评价结果与实际状况较符合。

Abstract:A two-step Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP), directindirect judged matrix, is given in this paper. By this process, integral evaluation of environmental quality for a chemical factory has been applied, and the model of qualitative evaluation has been established. The features of AHP are simple in judgement, higher in unanimous degree, good at distinguishability. higher reliability of decisive result and utilization of analytical numbers, and little influence of subjective guess by decision-makers-Through analysing cases, its results are conformable to practical situation fairly.
