苯在一株黄杆菌细胞内外的分布与降解率的关系

摘    要:对前期实验筛选出的1株能有效降解土壤中苯的黄杆菌株进行了多组实验,分析了在不同的苯初始浓度、pH值、摇床转速及温度条件下,该菌株细胞膜外、细胞膜上以及细胞质内的苯浓度分布状况和对应的降解率变化情况,以及二者之间的关系.结果表明,细胞膜外苯浓度与降解率之间呈现良好的负相关关系,相关系数为-0.91、-1、-1、-1,证实了黄杆菌株降解苯是以胞内降解为主.当苯初始浓度一定时,细胞膜上的苯浓度与降解率之间呈良好的正相关关系,相关系数为0.95、0.97、0.99,说明此时细胞膜显著影响苯的降解,但是当苯初始浓度变化时,这种相关关系并不十分明显,相关系数为0.80,说明这种影响只在一个合适的苯初始浓度范围内发生.另外,细胞质内的苯浓度与降解率之间关系还不确定.

Abstract:Many group tests were carried out a bacteria strain, Flavobacterium, selected in test of former period capable of effective degrading benzene in soil; the concentration distribution state and corresponding degrading rate change situation of benzene outside and on the cell membrane, and also in the cell quality were analyzed under the conditions of different benzene initial concentrations, pH values, shaking bed speed, and temperature and also the relation between these two stories. A good negative correlation between the extracellular benzene concentration and the degradation rate of benzene, with the correlative coefficient of -0.91, -1, -1, -1, which proved the benzene degradation by Flavobacterium was mainly the degradation inside the cells. When the initial benzene concentration was fixed, a good positive correlation between the benzene concentration and degradation rate on the cell membrane was emerged, with the correlative coefficient of 0.95, 0.97, 0.99. Indicating that at this time the cell membrane affected markedly the benzene degradation; but this correlation was not very obvious when the initial benzene concentration varied, with the correlative coefficient of 0.80, indicating that this affecting occurred only in the range of an adaptable initial concentration of benzene; besides, the relation between the intracellular benzene concentration and the degradation rate was not decided currently.
