磁性离子印迹聚合物的制备及其对水中Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附

摘    要:以铅离子为模板离子、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯和偶氮二异丁腈为交联剂和引发剂、稀盐酸为洗脱剂,采用微波辅助反相乳液悬浮聚合法,制备了磁性离子印迹聚合物(MIIP),通过SEM、FTIR、XRD和BET技术对其进行了表征,并将其用于水中Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附。在初始质量浓度60 mg/L、溶液pH 6、吸附温度303 K、吸附时间60 min的优化条件下,MIIP对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附量可达107 mg/g。MIIP对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和准二级动力学模型。MIIP能够选择性识别二元金属离子混合溶液中的Pb(Ⅱ),具有很好的Pb(Ⅱ)识别和吸附能力。在重复使用5次后吸附性能没有明显变化,表明MIIP具有良好的重复使用性能。

Abstract:Magnetic ion imprinted polymer (MIIP) was prepared by microwave-assisted inverse emulsion suspension polymerization using lead ion as template ion,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and azodiisobutyronitrile as crosslinking agent and initiator,and dilute hydrochloric acid as eluent.The product was characterized by SEM,FTIR,XRD and BET technology,and was applied to adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) from water.Under the optimized conditions of initial mass concentration 60 mg/L,solution pH 6,adsorption temperature 303 K and adsorption time 60 min,the adsorption quantity of Pb(Ⅱ) on MIIP can reach 107 mg/g.The adsorption process conforms to Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and pseudo-second-order kinetic model.MIIP can selectively recognize Pb (Ⅱ) in binary metal ion mixed solution and has good capability for Pb(Ⅱ) recognition and adsorption.There is no significant change of the adsorption capability after reuse for 5 times,indicating that MIIP has good reuse performance.
