摘    要:采用共沉淀法制备了Fe-Ce双金属氧化物脱硫剂,通过XRD、FTIR、N2吸附-脱附和XPS对脱硫剂进行了表征.在常温下对H2S质量浓度为607μg/L的H2S-N2混合气体进行脱硫研究,探讨了Ce与Fe的摩尔比和无水乙醇洗涤对脱硫剂在常温下脱硫性能的影响,考察了脱硫剂的再生性能.实验结果表明:Ce与Fe摩尔比为0.1...

Abstract:The Fe-Ce bimetal oxide desulfurizers were prepared by coprecipitation method,and characterized by XRD,FTIR,N2 adsorption-desorption and XPS.The desulfurization of H2S-N2 mixed gas with 607μg/L of H2S mass concentration was studied at room temperature.The effects of molar ratio of Ce to Fe and absolute ethanol washing on the desulfurization capability of the desulfurizer at room temperature were discussed,and the regeneration of the desulfurizer was investigated.The experimental results show that:The desulfurizer with 0.10 of molar ratio of Ce to Fe and washed with absolute ethanol has the best desulfurization capability,and the breakthrough sulfur capacity reaches 203.7 mg/g under the condition of desulfurization accuracy 0.15μg/L;After regenerated by air at room temperature,the breakthrough sulfur capacity of the first-time regenerated desulfurizer reaches 69.8 mg/g which is about 34.2%of that of the fresh desulfurizer,and the cumulative breakthrough sulfur capacity of the three-time regenerated desulfurizers reaches 333.0 mg/g.
