摘    要:通过室内培养实验,研究了铜(Cu)和锌(Zn)单一及其复合污染对西瓜种子萌发的影响.结果表明,低浓度(20μmol/L)铜、锌单一及其复合处理对西瓜种子的发芽率没有影响,但增加了发芽指数、活力指数;促进r幼芽和幼根的伸长生长;提高了生物量的积累.高浓度(200 μmol/L)铜、锌单一及复合处理对西瓜种子的发芽率、发芽...

Abstract:Effects of copper,zinc and their combined pollution on seed germination of water melon were studied by cultivation experiments.Results showed that single pollution of Cu2+ and Zn2+ couldn’t affect the germination percentage(GP) and were capable to stimulate germination index(GI),vigor index(VI),radicle length,plumule length and biomass accumulation at lower concentration of 20 μmol/L.Under the condition of Cu2+,Zn2+ and their combined pollution,GP,GI,VI,radicle length,plumule length and biomass accumulation were inhibited at higher concentration of 200 μmol/L.Effects of Cu2+ single pollution were stronger than those of combined pollution,and effects of combined pollution were stronger than that of Zn2+ single pollution.
