摘    要:选取了滇池4个代表性柱状沉积物样品,研究了其不同形态有机磷含量及垂直分布,并利用酶水解技术表征了其不同形态有机磷生物有效性.结果表明:1除水提取磷(H2O-Po)外,滇池沉积物可提取磷以无机磷为主,其各形态有机磷含量大小为NaOH提取有机磷(NaOH-Po)>NaHCO3提取有机磷(NaHCO3-Po)>H2O-Po>HCl提取有机磷(HCl-Po),其中H2O-Po、NaHCO3-Po与NaOH-Po迁移性较高,其含量垂直分布呈现表层>中层>底层趋势.2滇池沉积物酶可水解磷(EHP)以活性单酯磷为主,其H2O-Po、NaHCO3-Po与NaOH-Po酶可水解磷含量分别在0.11~5.93、0~45.32与0~107.11 mg·kg-1;各形态有机磷EHP含量大小为NaOH-Po>NaHCO3-Po>H2O-Po,且呈现表层>中层>底层趋势;不同深度沉积物有机磷生物有效性大小为表层>中层>底层.3EHP是滇池沉积物生物有效性磷的重要来源,滇池水质保护应考虑沉积物EHP对其水质的影响.当外部磷负荷逐步得到控制后,沉积物EHP生物地球化学循环对维持滇池富营养化具有重要作用.
