振动控制点分层布置对过试验的影响

摘    要:在常规振动试验中,对控制加速度传感器进行立体分层安装且采用极大值控制方式时,能明显地减少过试验的风险。分析了过试验的产生原因和力限试验的补偿原理,阐述了振动控制点分层布置法降低过试验现象的原理、实现途径及注意事项。

Abstract:During the vibration test,the attenuation of the response peak was obtained by choosing the layered configuration of the control sensors and control strategy.The reason of over-test and the redeeming principle of force-limit test were analyzed.The principle,realization approach and precautions of reducing over-test by control sensors layered configuration were demonstrated.
