| Abstract: | In order to fulfil the present work requirement,the staff of environment monitoring station have to be increased and the technical training should be a system.The conclusion is from the investigation and analysis of the personnel's age structure,post structure,educational background structure,title structure of the staff in environment monitoring station. |
