摘    要:阐述了加热隔油与两级气浮相串联的物化法处理高粘度炼油废水的试验原理、过程及注意事项。结果表明:该试验流程处理效率高、四季运行稳定、出水能够达标排放。同时可回收浮油和泡沫油,具有显著的经济效益。

Abstract:The test principle, process and matters needing attention of treating highly viscose refinery effluent by physico - chemical method of heating and oil removal, two stages air floatation in series are described. The result indicates that the treatment efficiency of this test process is high, the operation is stable for the whole year and the effluent can reach the discharge standard. At the sametime, the floating oil and foam oilcan be recovered with significant economical benefit.
