Calculation of Pressure in the Cold Extrusion Process Intelligent Design |

| Abstract: | Cold extrusion force is the key of the success of cold extrusion process. The calculation of extrusion force is usually completed by manual work. This paper introduces the calculation of extrusion force in cold extrusion process computer intelligent design system, and the method of software development in the parameter optimized section. The method introduces separately database design, user interface design, extrusion force calculation and process evaluation etc. |
