既有建筑节能改造市场动力机制研究概况

Review on Market Dynamic Mechanism of Energy Saving Renovation of Existing Buildings

Starting from the system as a whole,based on the comprehensive planning perspective of existing building energy-saving reno vation market development research,this paper constructed a hierarchical system of four modules,including summary,the mechanism of ESCO driving force,the implementation mechanism of government force,and the summary.The results showed that:The driving force of ESCO was guided by the effect and benefit,with the core elements of operation practice and behavior law,action influence mechanism,ESCO driving strat egy,benefit evaluation and optimization strategy as the core elements;the government force took the effectiveness as the benchmark,and took the operation characteristics and government behavior,influence mechanism and game strategy,implementation impact mechanism and effectiveness evaluation,and implementation strategy as the core elements,It was external motivation.On the basis of revealing the dynamic mechanism,this paper put forward the research and development trend.
