印染废水的生物脱色处理

摘    要:采用富集法从印染厂的废水及污泥中分离出混和菌株,经培养后用于印染废水的脱色处理,在厌氧条件下有明显的脱色效果。其最佳条件为尿素0 45g/L、酵母膏0 25g/l、温度30℃、pH7、接种量1 25%。用活性炭作为脱色菌固定化的载体,在流速为6mL/min时,平均脱色率达70%以上。

Abstract:Mixed bacterial strain was isolated from printing and dyeing wastewater and the sludge by concentration method. It can be used to treat printing and dyeing wastewater by decolorization After being cultured. There are distinct effects under the anaerobic condition with mixed bacterial strain. The best conditions are 0.45g/l of carbamide, 0.25g/l of yeast, 30 degree of temperature, 7 of pH, and 1.25 percent of inoculation. Average decolorization rate is more than 70 percent with activated char as stable carrier of the bacterial strain when the rate of flow is 6 ml/min.
